Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason. This applies to all of our products, including items bought on sale.

How to return an item

Email us at LekkerLunch1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will arrange the return shipping for you at no cost to you and send you instructions on how to send the item back. Please don't send anything back before contacting us, as returns that haven't been arranged with us may be delayed.

Condition of returned items

For change-of-mind returns, the item should be unused, in its original packaging and include all accessories that came with it. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase handy.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at LekkerLunch1@gmail.com. Photos help us sort it out quicker. We will repair, replace or refund the item, in line with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and checked your return, and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need some extra time to show it on your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please email us at LekkerLunch1@gmail.com.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or any other South African law.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example because an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full. Our products are for personal or household use, not for resale.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order and in your order confirmation email. Sales and promotions can change or end without notice. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners, and you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose.

5. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa. Delivery times shown at checkout or in your confirmation email are estimates. We will do our best to deliver on time and will let you know if there is a significant delay.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Lekker Lunch or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully. You must not misuse it, for example by trying to break its security, uploading harmful code, collecting other people's information, or using bots or scrapers to access it without our permission.

9. Third-party links

Our website may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or policies.

10. Warranties and liability

We work hard to keep the website available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our products. Our store is powered by Shopify. Your purchases are made directly with Lekker Lunch. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us.
